SPM Development is led by the powerhouse team of Shaun McAndrews—bringing together sharp execution, polished operations, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in both residential and commercial construction across Massachusetts.

Shaun is a construction veteran with over 20 years of experience in building, remodeling, and finish work. A Massachusetts native with deep industry knowledge, he’s known for his precision, grit, and commanding presence on every job site. Clients trust him, crews respect him, and projects get done—on time, on spec, and without excuses. In this business, Shaun doesn’t just lead—he sets the standard.

Operations: Shannon Haas

Shannon brings 13 years of executive-level administration at Harvard and UCLA, paired with a background in luxury hospitality where she led customer relations for Michelin-starred restaurants and five-star hotels. With a degree from Harvard and currently pursuing her master’s, Shannon combines high-level strategy with meticulous client care—ensuring SPM’s operations and service are as seamless as the final product.
